As the Solution Play Go to Market Manager, AI Business Solutions you will  play an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible for our AI Business Solution Go to Market (GTM) Team. In this role, you will drive worldwide insights and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale with a sharp focus on AI Workforce (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Chat, Front Line Workers (FLW) and teams).

This role requires a leader who excels at guiding virtual teams and shaping strategic marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. You’ll define success through measurable performance metrics, work with cutting-edge technologies, and foster cross-team alignment and momentum.
