YOUR DAY TO DAY
The Talent Acquisition Solution Manager is the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding and Phenom Talent Experience Platform, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing global recruitment technology solutions. This role ensures that TA systems deliver a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers while supporting compliance and strategic workforce goals.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Ownership & Design
Act as the functional owner for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules and Phenom.Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and integrations across both platforms.Design end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requisition, candidate pipeline, offer management, onboarding, and candidate experience personalization.
Implementation & Enhancements
Lead global rollouts and localisation for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.Manage system upgrades, regression testing, and new feature adoption from SAP and Phenom releases.Partner with IT for integration projects (e.g., HRIS, payroll, background checks, job boards, CRM).
Candidate Experience Optimization
Leverage Phenom’s AI-driven capabilities for career site personalization, chatbot automation, and talent CRM campaigns.Implement Phenom analytics to track candidate engagement and improve sourcing strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR Business Partners, and IT teams to align technology with hiring strategies.Conduct training sessions for recruiters and hiring managers on SuccessFactors and Phenom functionality.
Data & Analytics
Develop custom reports and dashboards for recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, diversity metrics).Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
Vendor & Governance
Manage relationships with SAP, Phenom, and third-party vendors for support and enhancements.Maintain governance documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and security roles.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition technology, with 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/OnboardingExperience within Phenom will be desirable.Strong understanding of global recruitment processes and compliance requirements.Hands-on experience with system configuration, workflows, and integrations.Proficiency in reporting tools (Ad Hoc, Canvas, People Analytics, Phenom Analytics).Good project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting and/or Onboarding.Knowledge of multi-country implementations and complex integrations (e.g., job boards, background checks).Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and emerging HR tech trends.
