**Who we are:**
Our team is part of the supply chain center of excellence (CoE) at Philips and works across the enterprise transforming people, processes, and technology to improve our Quote to Cash Processes and help our supply chain win. You would be joining the team
as a solution manager working alongside business process experts in the CoE to analyze and improve business processes performance. As a solution manager, you are responsible for defining and implementing the technology strategy for
one or more parts of the Quote-to-Cash process in line with CoE End-to-End supply chain process strategy. You should expect to own requirements and partner with internal and external technology partners to deliver solutions via industry standard Agile
practices. To be successful in this role you should be intellectually curious and comfortable working in highly matrixed environments. We operate in an agile structure, and you will be expected to define problems and lead matrixed scrums to deliver
outcomes in fast-paced environments alongside our business process experts and operational teams.
**Location:** India (Bangalore or Chennai)
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Define supply chain problem statements
+ Lead problem solving with Business Process Experts, bring big data, data science, and advanced problem-solving techniques to accelerate insights and solutioning
+ Rapid prototype using common tools to understand and define complex supply chain problems
+ Work with Business Process Experts and users to design integrated people/process/technology solutions and translate them into user stories
+ Execute PoCs to determine viability of solution to address process requirements
+ Build production-grade prototypes with IT partners to assess operational feasibility of solutions
+ Own the MVP requirements during production lifecycle ensuring final technology product meets process requirements and meets deployment timelines
+ Orchestrate the transition of all MVPs to IT sustaining Ops models in line with Philips Standard IT practices
+ Lead and manage matrixed scrums of internal and external partners to deliver outcomes
+ Sit on data governance, analytics governance, CCBs, and other forums as a decision-maker within the CoE to approve or reject proposed technology changes impacting process solutions or business analytics
**Minimum required Education:**
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Research, or equivalent.
**Minimum required Experience:**
Minimum 9 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
**Minimum required Certification:**
N/A
**Preferred Education:**
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Research, or equivalent.
**Preferred Experience:**
Preferably have experience working directly with business stakeholders on problem solving, solution design, or implementation
Experience with Quote to Cash processes is a plus
**Preferred Certification:**
Microsoft Certifications Preferred (Power Platform, Azure)
AI/ML Certifications a Plus
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Stakeholder Management
+ PowerBI, Auzre, Databricks (for Rapid Prototyping)
+ Basic Project Management Skills
+ Supply Chain Management
+ Order Management/Customer Experience
+ Working Knowledge of Standard SC Systems (ERP, TMS, etc.)
+ Technology Delivery Execution (via Agile Release Trains)
+ Experience in working in a regulated environment preferable medical device
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
