**Position Summary**
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Solution Lead – Ocean-Hub to drive the global development, optimization, and governance of our Ocean Freight Management services in line with the Integrated Business Services Strategy. This role is pivotal in articulating business demand and designing new and evolving services with NBS Centers (responsible to operate) and IT (responsible to provide solutions) to ensure Zones and Markets priorities are supported on timely, efficient, scalable manner, sustaining IBS global vision and value delivery.
**A Day in the Life**
**Lead Global Service Optimization:**
Ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and implement best practices.
**Drive Service Deployment:**
Expand service adoption and scope globally. Design and deploy new services, pilot innovations, and support transitions and go-lives.
**Govern Global Service Delivery:**
Act as the strategic liaison between corporate functions, zones, markets, and NBS centers. Inspire high performance and innovation across the network.
**Support Market and Business Services:**
Partner with corporate supply chain and market teams to deliver functional excellence and value. Develop and roll out the global Ocean Freight Management strategy.

**Education & Experience:**
• University degree and postgraduate qualification with solid functional work-related experience
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing large, diverse, and remote teams.
• Proven success in stakeholder management within a matrixed, multicultural environment.
**Technical & Functional Skills:**
• Strong knowledge in Ocean Transportation Industry
• Expertise in supply chain, logistics, and shared services.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Experience with transformation initiatives and digital innovation.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
