Key responsibilities and authority

Lead the Integration Committee, fostering a collaborative environment where all stakeholders feel valued and heard.Identify potential risks related to integration and dependencies, escalate issues as needed, and propose solutions.Supports program planning activities for all program phases (bottom up).Make informed decisions regarding integration strategies, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.Work closely wiit other IT and Business roles to establish end-to-end process solution across the different process areasSupports the ‘in-time’, ‘in-budget’ and ‘in-quality’ delivery of the cross-functional and functional deliverables.Ensure thorough documentation of integration processes, decisions made, and lessons learned to support future projects and audits.Work closely with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure all integration activities align with technical and business requirements.Ensure project execution aligns with global operational needs across multiple geographies and time zones.Facilitate project progress meetings and regular status updates for leadership.Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.Enforce project standards and practices.

Key requirements

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project/program management or integration management, specifically with SAP or similar ERP systems.Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects with complex interdependencies.In-depth knowledge of integration methodologies, tools, and best practices.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience with GxP requirements, Computer System Validation (CSV), and quality management systems.Strong knowledge of SAP methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate).Expertise in risk management and conflict resolution.Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., SAP Cloud ALM, MS Project, Jira).PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.SAP-related certifications are a strong advantage.Experience in the GxP Industries is required

Education/ Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is a plus.Advanced training in project management and SAP-related domains.

Travel Requirements

Position involves travel up to 10% of the time, mostly within Europe, Asia Pacific, and Americas. Most trips will include overnight travel.
