About the Role:We are seeking a Solutions Director to spearhead the growth and scaling of our robotics capabilities within the CTO organization. This senior-level role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in building high-performing global teams and cultivating strong client relationships. You will drive the robotics roadmap, manage critical client engagements, and establish a scalable robotics delivery model across onshore and offshore teams.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the robotics delivery model, roadmap, and operating model within the CTO organization. Team Building & Management: Build and lead a blended team of engineers and services professionals across onshore and offshore locations. Capability Development: Establish reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for scalable robotics delivery. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients; grow relationships through proactive engagement, trust-building, and delivering value-aligned solutions. Program Oversight: Oversee end-to-end delivery of robotics initiatives, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with broader organizational goals. Innovation & R&D: Stay ahead of robotics trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and integrate innovations that advance business objectives with the collaboration of engineers and R&D researchers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and other technical and business teams to drive capability integration and adoption.Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 5+ years in delivery of global technology services. Proven experience building and scaling high-performance teams, both onshore and offshore. Strong background in client-facing roles, with demonstrated success in relationship growth and stakeholder management. Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures. Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills. Bachelor's or Master s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred: Experience within a Tech focused company, innovation, or emerging tech organization. Exposure to working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, logistics). Background in AI/ML integration and solutions. (1.)
