Solution Designer

We’re looking for a Solution Designer to help shape the future of our Payroll and HR SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between product strategy and delivery, ensuring we build solutions that solve real customer pain points, address compliance needs, and deliver seamless user experiences.
You’ll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the business to define clear, valuable requirements and lead the translation of user needs into high-impact product features. This is a key role in turning strategic vision into actionable work that directly improves outcomes for professional users in payroll and HR.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office in our Barcelona office.
First 90 Days
• 30 days – Get familiar with our product suite, core user personas, and domain landscape. Understand team workflows, tools, and delivery rhythm.
• 60 days – Begin leading analysis work on upcoming features, working directly with stakeholders and contributing structured, high-quality input to the product backlog.
• 90 days – Fully own requirement discovery and solution design across one or more product initiatives. Drive collaboration across teams and actively shape the roadmap based on customer feedback and evolving priorities.
