Risk & Compliance Manager - UAR Function (Individual Contributor Role)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with 6–8 years of experience in Technology Risk and Compliance. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Technology Audit, including infrastructure audits with a focus on Operating Systems (OS) and Databases (DB). A strong understanding of IT SOX and PCI compliance is essential for success in this role.

This position will be part of the User Access Review (UAR) function within the Risk and Compliance team, where one of the key responsibilities will be facilitating the successful completion of quarterly UARs in collaboration with stakeholders across business and technology teams. The candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established controls and regulatory requirements.

In addition, the role requires exposure to tools such as SailPoint and/or SAP GRC, with a demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and adapt to emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies. Strong collaboration and communication skills are critical, as the candidate will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, and ISO27001 are highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.

The candidate should also demonstrate a forward-looking mindset, with a willingness to embrace AI technologies and proactively leverage them to drive efficiencies. This includes identifying opportunities where AI can enhance processes, strengthen risk management, streamline compliance initiatives, and improve overall team productivity.

About the team

What You’ll Do (3 to 5 brief pointers about the roles and responsibility)

Facilitate the successful execution of quarterly User Access Reviews (UARs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.Conduct and support technology audits with a focus on infrastructure, including Operating Systems (OS) and Databases (DB).Partner with cross-functional teams across geographies to strengthen risk management and compliance processes.Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk and compliance practices by leveraging AI technologies to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness.Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure timely identification, assessment, and remediation of compliance gaps.

6–8 years of experience in Technology Risk, Compliance, or Technology Audit with strong exposure to infrastructure audits.Solid understanding of IT SOX and PCI compliance frameworks, with experience applying them in complex environments.Hands-on exposure to SailPoint and SAP GRC (experience or strong willingness to learn).Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or ISO27001 (highly desirable).Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across diverse geographies.
