Position Summary:
Responsible for translating the business requirements for Operational Solutions into solutions in Mirata and ancillary support applications. This includes all aspects of project work, on-going functional enhancements, troubleshooting, and vendor-provided system and/or legal changes. Collaborates on all phases of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) with a focus on the analysis, design, and development of configuration-based solutions. Must continuously maintain and develop the necessary skillsets, both technical and analytical, to enhance value-added business solutions.
This position is not remote.
Essential Functions:
+ Design, build, test, validate, troubleshoot digital forms using Mirata's zero-code platform, creating responsive solutions that work across web, mobile, and tablet interfaces while implementing complex business logic without traditional programming (50% of time).
+ Collaborate with business users to analyze existing processes and workflows, documenting requirements and translating them into optimized digital form configurations that meet regulatory and compliance standards (25% of time).
+ Configure form integrations with enterprise systems including SAP and databases, ensuring proper data flow, validation, and security protocols while maintaining data integrity across connected platforms (20% of time).
+ Provide user support and training for digital form implementations, creating documentation and assisting end users during rollouts while gathering feedback for continuous improvement (5% of time).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and presentation design to support form development and business process documentation.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand complex business workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into digital solutions.
+ Technical aptitude for learning software platforms with demonstrated ability to quickly master new technologies, understand system integrations, and work with enterprise-grade applications.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with business users, gather requirements, provide training, and support change management initiatives.
+ Detail-oriented approach to quality assurance with ability to thoroughly test forms, validate business logic, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Understanding of business process workflows and data relationships including knowledge of how forms fit into larger organizational processes and impact downstream systems.
+ Customer service mindset and training abilities to support end users, create clear documentation, and facilitate smooth adoption of new digital processes across the organization.
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred

+ 0-2 years professional experience; internships and relevant project work considered
