**Introduction** In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. **Your role and responsibilities** Salesforce requirement gathering, drafting business cases, Requirement walkthrough with stakeholders, Requirement documentations and provide clarifications to stakeholders. Salesforce Business Analyst, Good verbal and written communication, Skilled in articulation of functional requirement to technical counterparts and vice versa. Responsibilities: Implementation knowledge - Experience in end-to-end salesforce solutioning/designing experience, fit-gap analysis, Impact analysis and estimation experience API integration knowledge - The structure and integrity of data flowing into, and out from, Salesforce **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experience in designing data model and architecture diagrams. * Knowledge in performance improvement and tuning. * Knowledge in Exception handling, alerting and monitoring mechanism **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Provide our deep technical and industry expertise to the Banking sector clients IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
