Leveraging your extensive expertise in cloud technologies and on-premises infrastructure, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, data security, and service delivery for our public sector clients. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a comprehensive hybrid cloud strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry trends. * Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex hybrid cloud solutions, balancing on-premises and cloud-based components. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to senior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. * Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration of hybrid cloud solutions. * Oversee the creation of hybrid cloud strategies, roadmaps, and best practices to drive the organization's cloud transformation. * Design detailed architecture diagrams, component models, and technology stacks for hybrid environments. * Ensure secure connectivity solutions are effectively implemented, maintaining robust data protection measures. * Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying innovative solutions to enhance our hybrid cloud capabilities. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Extensive experience in designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions * Masterful proficiency in creating architecture diagrams, component models, and technology stacks for hybrid environments * Deep understanding of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their respective services * Strong familiarity with cloud-native services, serverless computing, and managed services * Proven track record of designing, managing, and optimizing on-premises infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, and networking * Expertise in on-premises automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) * Proficiency in designing and implementing secure connectivity solutions * Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem- solving skills As an equal opportunities’ employer, we welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
