Must Have Skills:
• Strong experience in software architecture, system design, and solution planning.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, APIs), integration patterns, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication with technical and business teams

• Design scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Create detailed and comprehensive Architectural Requirements Documents (ARDs) including design specs, technical requirements, and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical architecture and design documents.
• Lead and guide development teams throughout the SDLC, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
• Conduct design/code reviews and provide technical leadership to ensure solution integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, developers, DevOps, security, etc.) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Identify risks, architectural gaps, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Airbus PSL Architect based in France, product managers, business analysts, security teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of architectural solutions
Optional IAM Skills
• Understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA.
• Familiarity with IAM protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT).
• Exposure to IAM tools/platforms (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping).
• Experience integrating applications with IAM systems and managing user lifecycle workflows
