Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and solution-oriented Business Analyst & Application/Data/Solution Architect to join our interdisciplinary team focused on sustainable and scalable product management within Stibo STEP PIM (Product Information Management) and MAM systems. You will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing IT products for the DCC@MA project, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with IT, specialist departments, and business stakeholders within Mobility Aftermarket and Bosch Digital Product areas.
Responsibilities:
•Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders.
•Translating business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for development teams.
•Creating and maintaining data models, application architectures, and solution designs that align with business needs and IT standards.
•Evaluating and recommending appropriate architectures to support the PrisMA project.
•Collaboration with Bosch-internal application stakeholders worldwide.
•Participating in architectural reviews and providing technical guidance to development teams.
•Ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Required Skills & Experience:
•University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•3+ years of implementation, operating, or consulting experience with complex IT Systems.
•Practical experience in Master Data Management systems, preferably Product Information Management.
•Strong knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles.
•Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•Experience in designing and implementing application architectures and data models.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
•Advanced English language skills (B2 or higher).
