We are currently looking for a **Solution Architect** to lead the AdTech stack design and integrations in our IT Innovation department. **Please, submit your CV in English!** **Position Snapshot:** + Function and Stream: IT – Innovation + Type of Contract: Permanent + Type of Work: Hybrid + Work Language: Fluent Business English + Work Location: Barcelona IT Hub **The Role:** As the AdTech Solution Architect you will be part of the team accountable for supporting proactively and holistically the Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities within the AdTech Product Group to meet the overall EA and product group strategy. As the AdTech Solution Architect, you will provide the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the evolution of the AdTech stack and its integrations for end-to-end marketing and advertising use cases within the full Marketing and Advertising ecosystem. You will work closely with DevOps / development, security and compliance teams and suppliers to secure that the value planned will be delivered in the most optimal way and you will be accountable for supervising the design as well as the integration execution within the scope and leading proof of concepts and pilots, owning the solution architecture specification. **What You’ll Do:** As an IT Solution Architect, you will: + Support the design, build and deploy of IT solutions for AdTech at global level to ensure adoption and usage across Nestlé businesses and markets, DSP, DMP, Ad Verification, Media reporting tools, Power BI. + Manage and develop the architecture for a set of products and platforms in the digital media space. + Participate actively in the creation and own the execution of the global roadmap for AdTech, propose new and innovative ways to support business initiatives. + Deliver the architectural design for products and inputs to the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience in order to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution + Lead the implementation and integration of technical architecture across the AdTech product group based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements. + Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of the solution architecture + Define and document the guidelines, standards and solution architecture to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision + Design and direct the governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and compliance. + Engage with Technical Leads, Business Analyst, Product Managers and EA within (and across) the product groups to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture **We Offer You:** We offer more than just a job. Grow professionally in a dynamic and impactful environment, collaborating with business partners worldwide to deliver integrated technology solutions_ **What Will Make You a Great Fit:** + Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience. + 5+ years of relevant experience working as a Solution Architect with the majority of the following technologies, Google Cloud Platform, Google Analytics, Ad serving, any DSP solution (Google DV360, TTD, etc…) any DMP solution (Oracle DMP, Salesforce Audience Studio, etc...), BI (Business Intelligence) tools, , Visualization tools (Data Studio, Adverity, etc.). + Plus additional experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, database management or operations. + Knowledge and a good level of expertise in integrating multiple technologies mainly from the Google ecosystem, Salesforce suite, Microsoft cloud, code review solutions and versioning control. + Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt. + Ability to understand and communicate the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations + Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies + Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements + Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives + Experiences working in a global environment, with virtual teams and outsourced entities + Curious about new technology, willingness to experiment + Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization **Bonus Points If You:** + Apart from GCP, you have been also exposed to other cloud environments like Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS _Not a 100% match?
