If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** * Design and architect Azure-based solutions that integrate AI and Agentic technologies to meet business requirements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security * Lead the development of proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and production-ready solutions using AI and Agentic technologies * Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements * Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure features, AI, and Agentic technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in solution designs * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical notes * Collaborate with the development team to ensure that solutions are properly implemented and tested **Required technical and professional expertise** * 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on cloud computing, AI, and software development * Strong experience with Azure, including Azure compute, storage, networking, and security * Experience with AI and Agentic technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision * Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with Azure DevOps, including Azure Pipelines, Azure Boards, and Azure Repos * Knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes * Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Certification in Azure, AI, or Agentic technologies IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
