In the CRM team, you will take on a key role within a vibrant and engaged community. You will be actively involved in exciting and diverse projects, ranging from consulting and configuration to the customization of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Our focus is not only on optimizing existing solutions, but also on developing customized applications that meet the specific requirements of our customers.
You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of modern technologies, including Dynamics 365 CRM, the Power Platform, Power BI, Azure Cloud, DevOps, .NET, and many more. Together with a motivated team, you will implement innovative solutions that significantly influence the success of our customers and at the same time drive digital transformation.
What you'll do:
* Helping our customers define integrated solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
* Assumption of overall responsibility for the technical implementation and function as an interface between customer and development team (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
* Competent advice to our customers on the development of company-wide CRM platforms with regard to technical implementation.
* Responsibility for the structured recording of customer requirements as part of our CRM project approach model.
* Leverage Avanade's internal application lifecycle management assets, tools, and best practices, including data management and data model validation tools, as well as DevOps YAML pipelines as customizable starting points for each project.
* Apply proven testing frameworks such as Avanade UI automation with Specflow (BDD - Human Readable Automated Testcases) and leverage proven testing strategies.
* Support of sales in relevant acquisition phases as a technical and/or functional expert.
* Assumption of leadership in the project team in the development of sustainable solution concepts.
About you:
* Extensive technical expertise in the field of MS Business Solutions, in particular MS Dynamics CRM/CE as well as in the design of architectures.
* Knowledge and experience in the field of requirements engineering, ideally in an agile environment.
* In-depth knowledge in the field of analysis and design of business processes for marketing, sales and service.
* Structured and methodical approach in the development of professional/technical solutions.
* Collaboration with customers and in the (agile) project team.
* An advantage: many years of project experience in the .NET area (C#), JavaScript, TypeScript and DevOps.
* Strong background in Financial Service and FinTechs
* Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
* Initiative, analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
* Persuasiveness through service-oriented thinking and acting.
* Enthusiasm and a high level of self-motivation and a sense of responsibility.
* Quick comprehension and the ability to present complex issues vividly.
* Enjoyment of new and complex challenges and working in a diverse team.
* Willingness to travel (depending on the respective project assignments).
* Fluent language skills in German and English (minimum B2/C1).
