This role is a strategic peer to Digital Architects within the Global Functions Architecture Center of Excellence, with a primary focus on **Workday architecture** —the cornerstone of our People & Culture (P&C) technology transformation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workday and HR systems architecture, with a proven ability to lead complex integration and transformation initiatives. This role will partner closely with Digital Product Line leads, P&C Strategy Leaders, and other key stakeholders to drive architectural decisions that align with our global roadmap and architectural standards.
