**Pay Rate:**
_The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*_
**What you'll be doing as a Solid Surface Finisher:**
+ Sand, polish, buff, and finish solid surface materials to quality standards
+ Use hand tools, power tools, sanders, routers, and polishing equipment safely and effectively
+ Repair scratches, seams, chips, and imperfections in finished products
+ Read work orders, measurements, and production specifications
+ Assist with fabrication and assembly of countertops and custom surfaces
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
+ Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines
**Available shifts:**
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
**Job requirements:**
+ Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
+ Previous finishing, carpentry, cabinetmaking, fabrication, or construction experience preferred
+ Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
+ Comfortable standing, bending, and working with tools for extended periods
+ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
+ Ability to read measurements and use measuring tools accurately
+ Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team
+ Background check and drug test may be required depending on the client site
