Job Title: Soldering Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Soldering Technician to join our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with soldering electronic components, including fine pitch, through-hole, and surface mount technologies. This role requires precision, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

ResponsibilitiesPerform soldering of electronic components, including fine pitch, through-hole, and surface mount technologies.Follow written and verbal instructions for assembly and rework of components.Utilize soldering tools and equipment to assemble and rework components.Conduct mechanical assembly as needed and refer to schematics for guidance.Maintain a high level of precision and reliability in all tasks.Essential Skills6 months to 1 year of soldering or reworking experience in a manufacturing setting.Ability to pass a soldering skills test.Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.Good computer skills and ability to read technical documentation.Additional Skills & QualificationsIPC certification preferred.Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs for extended periods.Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
