Summary: Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician with expertise in surface mount and through-hole soldering techniques for PCB assembly rework and inspection.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in soldering and PCB rework Proficient with SMT and through-hole soldering techniques Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 standards

Preferred Skills:

Certification in IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 Experience working with microscopes and ESD-safe workstations

Responsibilities:

Perform hand soldering and rework on PCB assemblies Utilize tools to remove, replace, and touch up components Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions Conduct visual inspections to verify workmanship to IPC standards Identify and correct soldering defects Document all repairs and rework performed

Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
