Responsibilities:
Solder small electronic parts onto circuit boards and wiring harnesses

Assemble and wire components by following diagrams and written instructions

Inspect work for quality and make any needed repairs or adjustments

Use hand tools and soldering equipment in a clean, organized workspace

Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Some hands-on experience with soldering or electronics assembly

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, or schematics

Focus on safety, quality, and teamwork

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
IPC certification (or a willingness to earn it down the road)

Experience with wave soldering, reflow, or similar methods

Familiarity with quality control procedures or inspection tools

Comfort using basic hand tools and soldering equipment

Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
