Shift - 1st Shift (7:00AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday)

Pay Rate - $22 - 25/HR depending on experience



Job Description -

The solderer assembler is responsible for soldering and assembling cable and wire harness assemblies, box builds, kitting, and other products from start to finish. This role involves utilizing automated methods for wire to wire soldering for connectors and cable components, as well as small amounts of reflow and thru-hole soldering for printed circuit boards, using both lead-free and lead-based solder paste and alloys.

Solder and assemble cable and wire harness assemblies, box builds, kitting, and other products.Perform tasks such as labeling, wire cutting, stuffing, crimping, and soldering.Read work orders and follow production documentation, sample assemblies, or verbal instructions.Assist in the quality management system and commit to continuous improvement.Utilize skills in potting, IDC, SCSI, heat shrink, PC board soldering, backshelling, harnessing, harness board construction, box builds, kitting, wire list creation, and pin extraction.

Essential Skills/Qualifications -

Proficiency in soldering, assembly, labeling, wire cutting, crimping, and harness assembly.Knowledge of IPC 610/620 standards.Possession of J-STD-001 Certification (expired certification acceptable).Ability to use microscopes.Skill in using long nose pliers, side cutters, and soldering irons.Experience with heat shrinking, stuffing, soldering wire to wire, connectors, thru-hole, IPC 610, splicing cables, strip wire, epoxy, and solder cup.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
