Job Title: Solderer
Pay: $20 - $25/hr (based on experience)
Shift: 2nd shift - 3:30pm - 12:00am (Midnight), Monday - Friday
Job Description
The role involves performing repetitive work-station or line-assembly operations, specifically assembling flex circuitries products until they meet acceptance test procedures.
Responsibilities
Perform bench-type processes to complete electrical assemblies using hand tools, fixtures, toggle press, pneumatic machine, microscope, and bonding machines.Report defective parts or questionable conditions to the department lead or supervisor.Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.Perform prescribed Operator Process Control Checklist prior to using machinery to ensure machine criteria is met (such as pressure temperature, programming), and ensure Red Tag Lock Procedure is in place if out of compliance.Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision to prioritize work.Perform multiple washing operations for circuits and sheets cleaning processes.Record data of key features, measurements, and specifications per Production Control Work Sheet.Essential Skills
Proficiency in soldering and electronic assembly.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to read and follow instructions represented in travelers, work instructions, and the operator book documents.Ability to multi-task, with good hand/eye coordination and attention to detail.Capability to complete tasks on time for delivery and follow Custom Part / Flex acceptance quality criteria.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $20.00/hr.
