**Job Title: Solderer** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Solderers responsible for installing small components onto circuit boards for final assembly and testing. This role involves surface mount soldering of circuit boards, as well as hand soldering of electronic parts, wires, and cable harnesses. The Solderer will be responsible for soldering electronic parts such as resistors and capacitors onto boards. **Schedule & Pay** Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:15 PM Full-time with potential overtime Paying $18-$19/hr **Responsibilities** + Install small components onto circuit boards for final assembly and testing. + Perform surface mount soldering of circuit boards. + Hand solder electronic parts, wires, and cable harnesses. + Solder electronic parts such as resistors and capacitors onto boards. **Essential Skills** + Basic soldering experience + Ability to use a microscope + Experience in electronic manufacturing and assembly + Proficiency with surface mount technology and inspection **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Surface mount soldering experience at component level and fine pitch soldering experience + QFP experience + Re-work experience is a plus **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive team in a climate-controlled environment, where you will have your own workbench equipped with tools and a halo lamp. Each Solderer will have their own workbench with necessary tools and a halo lamp. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of APOPKA, Florida. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
