**Seeking a skilled: Solder** **Job Description** Seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join our solar panel manufacturing team in Seminole, FL. This role involves precision soldering and assembly of photovoltaic (PV) components, ensuring high-quality workmanship in support of our renewable energy initiatives. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels. + Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. + Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assembly. + Conduct soldering and wiring tasks as required. + Maintain high production standards and efficiency in assembly line operations. **Essential Skills** + Perform various soldering techniques including surface mount, thru-hole, and hand-soldering on solar panel components. + Assemble and integrate electrical components into solar modules according to engineering specifications. + Conduct first article inspections and verify component placement and polarity. + Identify and repair soldering defects; document issues in the CIQ system. + Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support validation and prototype builds. + Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment. + Follow all safety and quality protocols. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic soldering, preferably in renewable energy or electronics manufacturing. + IPC certification (e.g., IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001) is a plus. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and work instructions. + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. + Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems. + **_Solder test on cables will be required during interview._** **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work environment with numerous benefits. Weekly pay, OT paid out at time and a half, benefits offered. **Job Type & Location** This position is based out of Seminole, Florid **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
