Assembly/Solder Technician *Day Shift, M-F, $21 per hour* **Description** Candidates will mainly be crimping and soldering electrical harnesses. They will also use various hand tools to disassemble product, cleaning products, and then sending products over to more experienced assemblers to put it back together. There will be a solder test during the interview. They will solder wires to bulk heads for their test. Candidates will need soldering experience. IPC J-STD, 610, & 620 soldering certifications are huge pluses but experience is most important. Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm (whichever they prefer) Pay: $20-21 Modifies electrical prototypes, parts, assemblies, and systems to correct functional deficiencies by fabricating or modifying parts, utilizing available tools and materials, -Utilizes mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics to prepare and assemble electro/mechanical parts. -Learns how to bench test, environmentally test, and pressure test ILI tool sub-assemblies -Acquires fundamentals associated with building, repairing, and maintaining TDW ILI Tool components, -Develops and applies the ability to implement approved safety procedures to ensure the personal safety of all parties involved, -Develops ability to respond to customer requirements (internal and external) and address problem-solving aspects of all TDW ILI Systems Technician tasks, -Develops the required experience, skill, and behavior competencies to become a TDW Systems Technician. **Skills** Soldering, Surface mount, Electronic assembly, Microscope inspection, Microscope, Solder, Electronics, Surface-mount technology, Ipc, Thru hole, Pcb, Circuit board, Ipc 610, Electrical **Top Skills Details** Soldering, Surface mount, Electronic assembly, Microscope inspection, Microscope **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Process Oriented, Detailed Oriented, Trouble Shooting Skills, Mechanically Inclined IPC 610 & 620, Experience would be preferred over the certificate **Experience Level** Entry Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
