Solder Assembler
**Job Title: Electronics Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in electronic assembly and soldering components to circuit boards or wire bonding. This role involves the assembly of test instruments and mechanical units, as well as producing cable assemblies and fine pitch soldering. **Responsibilities** + Assemble electronic test instruments and mechanical units. + Solder components to circuit boards and perform wire bonding. + Produce and assemble cable assemblies, including cutting and stripping wires. + Conduct fine pitch soldering and probe assemblies. + Ensure all assemblies are in compliance with production standards and blueprints. + Inspect and test electronic assemblies for quality assurance. **Essential Skills** + Experience in electronic assembly and soldering. + Proficiency in handling PCBs and circuit boards. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. + Strong inspection and quality assurance skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work with small parts and identify part directions on circuit boards. + Capability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally. + Must be able to read, write, and speak English effectively. + Experience in a seated position for extended periods. **Why Work Here?** Join a small, family-oriented environment that values work-life balance and offers two weeks of paid time off and yearly bonuses. **Work Environment** The position involves working in a standard bench electronics manufacturing setting with a focus on precision and quality.
