Your Role

Supervise all on-site activities for commercial solar installationsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestonesEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and regulationsInterpret blueprints, specifications, and project plansConduct site inspections and resolve issues to keep projects on trackCommunicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders

What You

Bring

5+ years of solar construction experience, with 3+ years in a superintendent roleProven success managing commercial or utility-scale solar projectsStrong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and construction practicesOSHA 30 certification preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel to project sites as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
