**Job Title: QA/QC Manager** **Job Description** Seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control for commercial solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects ranging from 1 to 10 MW. As part of an electrical contracting team, the QA/QC Manager will play a critical role in maintaining construction standards, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting successful project delivery from mobilization through commissioning. **Responsibilities** + Oversee quality assurance and quality control for commercial solar and BESS projects. + Ensure compliance with project specifications and construction standards. + Support successful project delivery from mobilization through commissioning. + Manage construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. + Collaborate with subcontractors and field personnel to ensure project goals are met. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of solar experience within commercial or utility scale. + Understanding of NCEE Codes. + Experience in QA/QC within the solar industry. + Experience in construction management, including site management and collaboration with subcontractors. + Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam. + NABCEP certification. + OSHA 30 certification. + CPR/First Aid certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is a plus. + Proficiency in similar platforms to Procore and Bluebeam is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that offers opportunities for growth and direct placement, contributing to cutting-edge projects in the renewable energy sector. **Work Environment** This role involves traveling 90% of the time throughout California, providing a dynamic and hands-on work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Sacramento, California, however will be traveling all over CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr. company vehicle, gas card and cell phone provided.
