Solar Installer

**We are seeking experienced and motivatedCommercial Solar Installersto join our team for upcoming solar projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals passionate about renewable energy and skilled in mechanical and electrical installation.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and install commercial solar PV systems (roof mount, carport, or ground mount)
+ Use hand and power tools to install racking systems, modules, and wire management
+ Perform conduit bending, string wiring, and inverter setup
+ Ensure installations meet safety standards and local codes
+ Maintain a clean and organized job site
+ Collaborate with team members and follow direction from crew leads
**Requirements**
+ Minimum1 year of solar installation experience(commercial preferred)
+ Familiarity with racking systems, microinverters, and wire management
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
+ Must provide own PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots)
+ Must have reliable transportation
+ Willingness to submit to pre-employment screenings

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
