Solar Inspections Technician
+ Planning and preparation of paperwork, tools and materials required for all upcoming inspections + Troubleshoots and repairs installation violations pertaining to inspection failure reasons + Responds to service calls if needed + Performs minor services related to solar installations + Ensures jobsite cleanliness during completion of inspection process + Interact with customers while at jobsite + Provides clear instructions and details when documenting/reporting inspection results + Updates daily results on company CRM and softwares Requirements + Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record + Must be a team player + Must have a form of transportation + Must be able to carry 50 pounds up a ladder + Must be able to work in all types of weather and be fine with heights + Must enjoy interacting with homeowners + Must be willing to get OSHA certified + Ability to diagnose and repair deficiencies in solar products while in the field Benefits + W-2 Employee + Retirement Plan (401k) + Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) + Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
