**Mantech** seeks a ManTech seeks a motivated and mission-focused **Software Tester** to join our team in **Herndon, VA.** As a Software Tester on our team, you will play a key role in delivering automation and big data analytics solutions to the Intelligence Community. This role combines rigorous software testing with hands-on end-user support to ensure reliable, high-quality performance across critical applications. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Execute all aspects of software testing, including regression testing + Learn the applications and develop test cases and result reporting to support software releases + Test application features and functionality for both expected and edge-case behaviors + Enhance testing capabilities and ensure robust and efficient quality assurance processes + Understand the user experience by directly engaging with staff, customers, and end-users + Triage, troubleshoot, and respond to user support requests (approximately 20% of the time) + Contribute as an active member of a fast-paced agile development team **Minimum Qualifications:** + High School Diploma and 5+ years of experience in software integration or software testing or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 1+ years of experience + Experience with testing and debugging COTS and/or GOTS software + Experience adapting to new system interfaces **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with Selenium or other testing automation tools + Experience testing in CentOS, RHEL, SE Linux, and Windows environments **Clearance Requirements:** + Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this position **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
