Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Software Test Team Leader to oversee our testing team in delivering high-quality software products. You will be responsible for leading test planning, execution, and reporting activities, ensuring the delivery of reliable software that meets customer and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers in manual and automated testing.Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and cases based on product requirements and design specifications.Oversee the execution of functional, regression, performance, integration, and system tests.Coordinate closely with development, product management, and DevOps teams to align testing efforts with release goals.Ensure defects are identified, tracked, and resolved efficiently; manage defect triage meetings.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and coverage.Provide leadership in test automation strategy and ensure the team is aligned with best practices.Prepare and present test progress reports, metrics, and quality KPIs to stakeholders.Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and project planning activities.Recruit, train, and evaluate testing team members to build a high-performing team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in a team lead or managerial role.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, QF test, Girkin, Typescript etc.).Proficiency with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Desirable Knowledge:
Understanding and best practice use of testing engineering principles and familiarity with test development standards.Familiarity with principles and methodologies of diagnostic content unit and integration testing techniques.An interest in Automotive technologies.Additional InformationWhat we offer:
