The Position

We're hiring a Software Test Engineer for our Agile development team in Pune. You'll work closely with developers and product owners to ensure the quality and reliability of our software. This role involves meticulous testing throughout the entire development lifecycle, including functional, automation, and regression testing. We are looking for someone who can work independently and is committed to delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Required Skills - 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

5+ years of professional experience in software testing.

Proven expertise in software verification and validation methods.

Proficiency in test case design, automation, and execution.

Proficiency in Web and API automation testing

Practical experience with Java/C#, Playwright and Rest Assured

Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration using GitHub.

Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting complex systems.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with AI concepts and the ability to write effective prompts.

Experience in Healthcare and Life Science

Experience and certificate with SAFe

Familiar with AWS hosting service

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
