Seeking a versatile tester experienced with Java and Java frameworks for testing services/applications that leverage enterprise IBM SOA ESB/IIB and MQ products.

*Testing expert in Java technologies with a solid understanding of publish/subscribe and portal based services. Knowledge of SOA and/or IBM SOA foundation will be useful as well as Agile methodologies and SOAP UI. *Capability to function as part of a development team whose primary focus is on IBM Websphere MQ publish/subscribe implementations.*Participate with a team that will design, create, package, publish, and test Web and portal related services/interfaces.*Work with systems analysts and end users to develop specifications as well as understand user expectations.*Assist in scheduling and coordinating activities with project managers.*Work with stakeholders in resolution of software defects/problems.*Prepare internal software design and testing documentation. Participate in development of applicable user manuals.*Experience with IBM rational testing tools would be a plus.
