Your role:

Understand E2E solution, deployment and integration scenarios and participate in design decisions. Challenges the status quo in terms of requirements and designTechnical expertise in C# , SQL , front end experience preferably Angular Good to have DICOM and HL7 experienceAnalyze and incorporate functional and non-functional requirementsTranslate customer and software requirements to design and implement complete solutionsActively participates in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives and backlog refinementContributes to continuous improvement of the team, software and processes Identify and resolve technical risks through quick prototypes and agile methodologies / toolsProvides technical solutions that conform to requirements with a strong focus on end-users, high quality (QMS/regulatory standards), performance, safety and securityUnderstand the clinical needs from a user perspective (in the context of how the application is being used) Guide/mentor junior team members in the implementation of the solutionsProactively contribute to quality improvement initiatives through continuous integration, code quality, adoption of best agile practicesKeeps abreast of technical knowledge by studying and implementing state-of-the-art programming techniques and development tools, participating in communities of practice, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
