Your role:
Understand E2E solution for Philips Medical Device Integration platform
Work with Account Managers and Sales to Understand Customer’s Critical Care Device Integration requirement and design and deliver the end-to-end solution
Work With Doctors, Bio-med team, Nurses, Respiratory Therapists to understand their current manual Care Chart in Critical Care and work with EMR/ICU Application team to replicate, automate and digitize the same through device integration
Work with Hospital IT, Network and maintenance team for hardware installation/mounting and networking
Comfortable working hands on with Hardware setup / troubleshooting
Actively participates in project planning, hardware delivery, daily/weekly meetings with Hospital team, Account Managers, Sales, Vendors and Suppliers
Work with Order Management, Factory, Warehouse and Billing team for hardware order, delivery and billing
Will be working as advisor for Sales team on device integration portfolio, solutions, implementation processes based on customer needs
Identify and resolve technical risks through quick prototypes and agile methodologies / tools
Provides technical solutions that conform to requirements with a strong focus on end-users, high quality (QMS/regulatory standards), performance, safety and security
Understand the clinical needs from a user perspective (in the context of how the solution will be used)
Guide/mentor junior team members in the implementation of the solutions
Proactively contributes to quality improvement initiatives through continuous integration and adoption of best agile practices
Keeps abreast of technical knowledge by studying and implementing state-of-the-art programming techniques and development tools, participating in communities of practice, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
B.E/B. Tech/MCA with 5+ yrs of experience working in Healthcare
Strong knowledge of healthcare standards and protocols (e.g. HL7, DICOM) is preferred
Hands-on experience on any HL7 integration engine

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work across diverse teams

Comfortable working with Medical Devices in Hospital ICU and OT
Having work experience in Hospital Environment/ICU/OT is preferred
Good understanding of Networking concepts (Ethernet, TCP, LAN, WLAN, VLAN, Hubs, MAC Addresses, Clusters)
Most of the work is done on-site at hospitals across India, one should be ok to travel 40-50% of time

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
