Job Description:
This senior technical consultant position works as a chief architect and functional specialist of the software application called Local Accounting System Replacement (LASR) primarily used by Bureau of Accounting and Financial Management (BAFM) department and Michigan State Disbursement Unit (MiSDU) of MDHHS. LASR is a customized application of financial and HR modules of Oracle’s E-Business Suite. This resource will be responsible for designing and changing the application architecture setups, detail planning and execution of software upgrades, provide technical and functional support for production issues, and be the lead liaison to interact with technical and user groups. Create new interfaces and provide support to existing interfaces with other state financial systems like MAIN/SIGMA.
