We’re looking for a remote Software Sales Representative in the aviation/MRO software industry.
Our client is a leading software provider delivering ERP and MRO-focused digital solutions for aviation maintenance organizations worldwide. They are known for their innovative technology, strong industry reputation, and commitment to helping operators streamline maintenance operations and ensure compliance.
The Software Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and aligning software capabilities with aviation maintenance operational needs.
Software Sales Representative Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the global MRO and aviation maintenance market Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution mapping, negotiation, and closing Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting Provide consultative guidance on digital transformation to improve maintenance processes and compliance Stay up to date on aviation maintenance regulations, digital trends, and emerging technologies Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Travel as needed to industry events, customer sites, and headquarters (every 2–3 months) The Successful Candidate Has Proven experience in ERP and/or aviation software sales Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets Ability to understand operational needs and translate them into tailored software solutions Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Canada Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage executive audiences Compensation and Benefits The discussed salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 USD plus uncapped commission structure. Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may be considered Comprehensive benefits package Remote work flexibility Candidates must be eligible to work in North America.
