A growing IT team is seeking a QA Engineer to help lead the design and implementation of automated testing strategies for critical business applications. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and technical teams to enhance testing coverage and ensure product reliability. Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and plans to ensure software qualityCollaborate on test strategy for new features and complex product workflowsIdentify, document, and track defects using agile tracking toolsServe as a testing subject matter expert for product teams and stakeholdersChampion quality assurance best practices within the software development lifecycle Qualifications and Requirements:Required:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience5+ years in software QA or testing rolesStrong experience in designing and executing automated testsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and analytical skillsPreferred:Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a similar fieldFamiliarity with automation frameworks like Selenium or TestCompleteExperience with observability tools and agile planning platforms such as Azure DevOpsBackground in the insurance or financial services industryUnderstanding of property/casualty products and insurance terminology Work Authorization & Employment Status Requirements
