**Software Quality Assurance Engineer – Medical Device (Bedford, MA)** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring the safety and reliability of our medical device software through rigorous testing and documentation. You will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets stringent regulatory requirements. **Your role:** + Participate in all aspects of software quality assurance for medical device software including + Requirements management + Test protocol development and execution + Test report creation + Automated test development and execution + Adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements and company quality standards + Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving **You're the right fit if:** + You have 2+ years of experience in a product or component test role. You use this experience to execute test plans, identify issues, and support reliable product performance. + You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You bring the foundational technical training required to work effectively in a structured test environment. + You have a solid understanding of core software testing concepts and methodologies. You apply these principles when evaluating components, systems, or software behavior. + You should have experience in automated testing and be proficient with Squish and Python. + You learn quickly and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities 5 days per week.
