Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the creation and execution of manual test cases based on defined requirements and user storiesLearn and understand the domain, technologies, and processes used within the assigned projectLog, track, and retest defects using appropriate bug-tracking toolsSupport the QA team by maintaining accurate test documentation and reportsContribute to project tasks assigned by the manager or mentor in a timely and organised mannerProvide ongoing support to senior team members in daily testing and delivery activitiesFollow established industry standards and company-wide QA processes and best practicesWork collaboratively with team members while continuously building testing knowledge and skillsPerform other related duties as required to support project and team objectivesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldBasic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)Familiarity with manual testing concepts such as test cases, test plans, and defect reportingStrong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.Good written and verbal communication skills in EnglishDemonstrated eagerness to learn and build a career in software testing and quality assuranceSelf-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
ExperienceOpen to entry-level and junior candidates with a basic understanding of software testing and QA methodologiesAcademic projects, coursework, or internship experience related to QA or software testing will be considered an added advantage
Nice to HaveExposure to bug-tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOpsBasic awareness of healthcare or clinical data system
