We are looking for a Product Manager who has a passion for technology and is excited about making a big impact.As a seasoned product owner and strategic thinker, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Motorola's smartphone software experience — from concept through launch and beyond. Your mission is to define, build, and evangelize breakthrough product experiences that resonate deeply with consumers and redefine category expectations.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Ownthe complete software experience journey — frominitialplanning through development, launch, upgrade, and beyond.You'llbe the voice of our global users, translating their needs into bold software solutions.
+ Drive Innovation Through Insightandanalyze global consumer needs, pain points, and behavior trends to craft compelling product propositions.
+ Translate insights, past learnings, and market intelligence into astrongproduct strategy, ensuring alignment with Motorola’s globalobjectives.
+ Collaborate with a global software team to define, refine, and deliver feature sets that elevate user satisfaction.
+ Constantly evaluate and enhance the user experience — making sure the product is not justdelivered butalsocontinuously improved upon.
+ Champion full-chain design byincorporatingthe philosophy of “design for users, marketing, and retail” into every product decision.You’llbetheadvocate for experiences that are not just functional but unforgettable across every touchpoint.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field
+ 5+ years of experience in software product management
+ 3+ years of experience in AI SW product management experience, with strong product understanding, data organization and analysis skills, product management skills, and project promotion abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Smartphone industry experience
+ Masters or MBA
+ Aptitude to run large scale, complex projects, or product lines
+ Strong product management experience and the ability to drive innovation,anticipateproduct weaknesses, delays, or risks, and creatively problem solve with the team
+ Ability to guide / influence a large group and provide direction on all aspects of product features, schedules, and deliverables
+ Strong learning capability,strong senseof responsibility and self-motivation,strong communicationskills andwillingto accept challenges.
+ Proficient in writing PRD documents for product definitionandfamiliaritywith product prototype interaction design.
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $135k - 165K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
