You will be joining one of our newest and most strategic initiatives to build a cloud-based software-as-a-service unified security solution supporting access control, video, and monitoring capabilities. As part of the engineering team, you will work in a continuous delivery environment and contribute to features that directly impact our customers daily. You will participate in feature planning and design sessions, implement software solutions, assist with test plans and documentation, and maintain those solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong functional programming skills. + Work with senior engineers, UX designers, security engineers, and product owners to deliver features directly to both internal and external customers + Leverage persona-based development to ensure our products are meeting customers’ needs + Write code to support product features, test automation, infrastructure, and deployment + Participate in peer review to both share and receive feedback + Design, develop, test, and demo as needed withing a delivery team MUST HAVE + English proficiency + Proficiency programming with Javascript + 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer WE VALUE + A strong portfolio of front-end development experience + Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and serverless architecture + Experience with JavaScript technologies including Node.js, React, and Cucumber + Familiarity with continuous integration practices, unit testing, and automated integration testing Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
