We partner closely with Ford and Lincoln dealerships and various Dealer Management System (DMS) / Service Lane Tool providers. As a Software Engineering Senior Manager at Ford Motor Company, you will play a key role in transforming the Ford | Lincoln Service Reservation+ platform, enhancing the automotive service experience through cutting-edge digital products. Located in Dearborn, MI (hybrid), this position involves leading and developing engineering talent, executing a critical technical modernization plan from COTS to a modern tech stack, and establishing best practices for software delivery. You will ensure architectural integrity, drive innovation, and foster collaboration to deliver seamless, high-performance solutions."
