Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join their clients team. This candidate will be • Lead a team of engineers in developing the clients omnichannel platforms, including client portals, corporate websites, and OTT solutions. • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Marketing teams to align technology solutions with business goals. • Drive the implementation of platform components such as Salesforce Experience Cloud • Ensure the platform achieves scalability for 100K+ concurrent users while delivering a high-quality user experience. • Oversee the integration of Akamai CDN. • Champion agile development practices and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, GLPA) and internal security protocols. • Develop team members through mentorship, providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred. • 7+ years in software development, including 3+ years of team leadership experience. • Needs to have some experience building out web platforms in the digital engineering space o In other words, Web Portal Development Experience • Must have experience within Wealth Management / Banking / Financial Services • Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders. - Sitecore XM or cloud storage solutions experience (Other CMS could work) - Experience with CDN technologies (Akamai) and video platforms – could be any CDN Technologies - Digital Platform Delivery Experience - Experience in OTT platforms and personalized content delivery systems. - Knowledge of advanced analytics tools like Power BI and AI-driven platforms such as Salesforce Personalization. - Experience at one of the big financial services firms
