As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading product development team for software, building continuous improvement culture driving reduction in cycle time (Agile Mindset) and cost (remove waste, standardize practices) with highest quality.Technical architecture, systems design, and meticulous code review processes.Leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in building and retaining talent, coaching, and mentoring high-performing teams.Building differentiated capabilities (now and future) and capacity (aligned to long term global strategic framework and annual plans). Leverage local eco-system for speed and complimenting capabilities (universities, suppliers, startups)Working with architects on proof of concepts and technology evaluationsFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor or master’s degree in EngineeringHave a minimum 12 years in software , with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.Have a working experience in product development (full life cycle – from concept to launch to field support) and understanding of development process ,tools and Agile methodologiesHave a hands-on experience in design & development of building enterprise software (C#, WPF)Have a technical proficiency with contemporary programming languages and cutting-edge frameworks.Have an excellence in strategic thinking and driving innovationHave a strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.Have an experience is x-ray Imaging is a plusWork in a way that works for you
