Lead development efforts within the Enterprise Data & Platform teamPlay a leadership role with transformation and modernization of the Consumer operational data and analytics ecosystemsDrive and accelerate Data and Analytics Strategy & Roadmap across Consumer TechnologyDefine and implement Data Solutions for private and public cloudLead and perform current state data assessments, create future state vision, strategy, roadmapPartner with Enterprise Data Services organization on Enterprise Data StrategyEnsure Data-related design patterns, best practices are front and center of technology practices in the organization.Create and manage reusable frameworks for data engineering and establish architecture patterns for data engineering across traditional and big-data solutionsLead the team with integrity and create an environment where employees feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, developing employees, recognizing accomplishments, managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.Posting End Date:
