Bachelor of Science/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience 8. Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing software engineers 9. 2+ years of experience in managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 10. Experience in leading teams working on high performance computing (HPC) and AI/ML systems, including: GPU/ASIC-based kernel development and optimization (e.g. CUDA, ROCm), distributed systems for large scale training and serving, and systems architecture and performance 11. Accelerator (GPU/ASIC) kernel development and optimization 12. Experience in accelerating libraries on AI hardware, similar to cuBLAS, cuDNN, CUTLASS, HIP, ROCm etc 13. Experience with different programming models for high-performance computations, e.g. GPU CUDA programming or OpenCL or OpenMP programming 14. Experience working closely with hardware architectures such as Intel SIMD, GPU, RISC-V, AI Accelerators etc 15. Experience in hardware-software bring-up development environments such as simulators, FPGA emulators etc 16.
