Responsibilities:Manage and lead for internal efforts, oversight of technical work, contribution of technical effort and support of contractual, programmatic, and production functionsCoordinate direct report assignments, develop and manage tasks to program requirementProvide team leadership and mentoring of developers assignmentsOrganize development projects and work with functional managers to track the progress of projectsRecommend and initiate process improvements and overall development practicesLead by example with respect to all matters related to technical initiativesDrive towards agile software development with an emphasis on executing SCRUM practicesReview developer's code, merge requests, and software build processLead in the deployment of software into the production environment
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering discipline.A minimum 5 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, skills and experience Master’s Degree preferredDemonstrated technical ability in developing protocol processing solutions in a various software framework including Java, Python, web frameworksDemonstrated technical knowledge in Linux and Virtual environmentsDemonstrated ability to provide strong customer focused leadership in the delivery of technically complex solutions with a highly skilled teamDemonstrated excellence in managing and executing software development and associated product development, release, and quality processesDemonstrated ability to lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers.Demonstrated success with internal and external customer oral and written communicationsDemonstrated commitment to success and the customer missionTS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
